We are seeking a qualified Insurance Customer Service Representative. This person will provide service support to our commercial accounts.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Endorsements
- Policy Questions
- Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Billing Questions
- Reinstatement/Rewrite of Policies
- Claims
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 2+ Years of Experience Preferred
- P & C Insurance License
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Nexsure Management System is a Plus
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
- Strong Customer Service Mentality and Personability
- Willingness to be a Team Player
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Knowledge of Contractors and Trucking Industries is a Plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
